Does it have a pinpoint feature for exact target location?
No pinpoint mode. However, using an "X" sweep pattern over the target area allows you to accurately narrow down the location.
Can I use it at the beach or in wet conditions?
The 8" searchcoil is waterproof — safe for damp sand and shallow freshwater areas. The control box is not weatherproof and should be kept dry.
Can it find small gold items?
It may detect larger gold jewelry, but due to its 6.6 kHz frequency and lack of advanced sensitivity settings, it is not ideal for fine gold or prospecting in mineralized ground.

Yes. The detector uses a 3-category target ID system (Iron, Mid-Range, Silver/Copper) with corresponding audio tones to help identify the likely type of metal.
