Here at HMO, we take fulfillment seriously. Every order is personally inspected before it ships — no exceptions.

How We Fulfill Orders

All HMO-built gear is test-assembled and inspected by hand before packaging. If an item doesn't meet our standards, it gets remade, no questions, no asks, no exceptions. We do not ship gear we wouldn't use ourselves.

Fulfillment Timeframes

In-stock items: Fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
Print-to-order / custom-built items: Up to 3 weeks, depending on production queue and material availability.
Out-of-stock items: Made to order on our own equipment and moved to the front of the manufacturing line. You will be notified of your expected ship date.
Drop-ship items: Fulfilled directly by the supplier or manufacturer. Tracking will be provided once the supplier ships your order.

Built to Order. Test-Fit Before It Ships.

Most of our gear isn't pulled off a dusty shelf — it's manufactured to fit when you order it, then test-fit by hand before it leaves Oregon. Here's exactly what happens from checkout to your creek:

Order — You check out. Your build cuts straight into the production queue — not onto a shelf.
Confirmation — You'll receive two emails: an automatic order confirmation at checkout, then a second confirmation from us personally verifying your order. We built this two-step process to protect you first — ensuring no unauthorized orders are placed in your name and that your payment is never processed on a fraudulent transaction. Your security comes before production ever starts.
Manufactured to Fit — Your unit is built to order in engineering-grade PETG — the current V2 spec, shaped by real field feedback. So give us feedback we want to hear from you.
Test-Fit QC — Every unit gets a hand test-fit. If anything's off, it doesn't ship — it gets rebuilt.
Ship — Hand-inspected, boxed, and on its way — with tracking, usually within 5–8 business days.

If the Fit Slips, You Win.

We penalize ourselves for mistakes. If a fitting issue turns up during our own test-fit, we re-manufacture the part AND add a gift to your order — no claim, no argument, you never have to ask. You pay once; we pay if we mess up. That keeps every tolerance honest before your gear ever ships. Cancel anytime before shipment for an instant full refund. Progress emails at every stage: confirmed → building → inspected → tracking.
