Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how our return policy works:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date — no exceptions after 30 days.
• To initiate a return, visit hobbymineroutlet.com/pages/contact before sending anything back.
• Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, items must be returned within 15 days.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
