We stand behind every piece of gear we make. If something isn't right, we want to fix it. Here's how returns work.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If your gear isn't performing the way it should, contact us and we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, a repair, or a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@hobbymineroutlet.com with your order number and what's going on.
  2. We'll send you an RMA within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving your RMA.
  4. We'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving it.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging. If you've used it briefly and it's still in sellable condition, reach out and we'll work with you. Heavy wear, modification, or damage beyond normal testing may affect your refund amount.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.

Built-to-Order / Custom Items

Eligible for return only if there's a defect or workmanship issue. If something's wrong, we'll remake it or refund it — no questions asked.

Exchanges

Always free of restocking fees. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the swap.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your gear arrived damaged, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund — no restocking fee, no hassle.

Refund Processing

  • Original payment method: 3–5 business days. Store credit: 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours: in-stock unshipped orders — contact us immediately.
  • Built-to-order — not cancellable once production begins.
  • Shipped orders — return under our 30-Day Policy once received. Email info@hobbymineroutlet.com with your order number.
