Here at HMO, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the details below to understand how and when your items will be shipped.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Standard USPS, unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on delivery location, package weight, and carrier rates.

Processing & Production Time

Many of our items are made or printed to order.

- In-stock items: Typically ship within 5–7 business days.
- Print-to-order / custom-built items: May take up to 3 weeks to ship, depending on production queue and material availability.
- Out-of-stock items: Still made to order on our own equipment and moved to the front of the manufacturing line. We will notify you of your expected ship date.

Drop-Ship Items

Some products in our catalog ship directly from the supplier or manufacturer. These items are clearly identified on their product pages. Because they ship from a third-party location, transit times may differ from our standard processing windows. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by the supplier.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout North America only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 may qualify for free standard shipping, depending on promotions active at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
