⚙️ Zero Current Inventory • Building Now • Please Be Patient While We Catch Up

V2 Spec Activated.

No V1 remains anywhere. Every unit ships as V2 spec — directly shaped by miners who used earlier builds.

The Full Backstory (Yes, There Was Drama)

We announced the full PETG transition across the store and on YouTube shorts. Here's exactly how the Next-Gen landed:

A customer placed an order for our last remaining pre-PETG Next-Gen unit off the shelf. During standard fulfillment prep — and before boxing that sale — we ran our final test-fit routine. Something didn't align right.

We called manufacturing for replacement parts. They responded: "Samuel Morgan already submitted field-feedback revisions. Updates are in production now."

That single order became the trigger point for the full migration. Turns out prospectors using early prototypes reported arm-support fatigue and leg instability on uneven creek banks. Those complaints traveled straight to the designer — and he redesigned before we even knew there was an issue in the pipeline.

What arrived back wasn't a patch job. It was a full V2 spec with three core changes built directly from miner input. And since the old unit couldn't ship as-is, we decided: no legacy stock anywhere. Everything going forward is V2.

In effect — one customer's purchase upgraded everyone's gear forever.

(Also, a quick word on color: because PETG behaves differently than the old composite mix, expect slight hue variances between batches. We're apologizing upfront for the shade drift before you unpack — it's the cost of better chemistry, not bad painting.)

The "Don't Slack Off" Penalty System

Here's a little secret about how we run things: we penalize ourselves for mistakes.

When a fitting issue is caught during our own quality check, it triggers an automatic "System Gift" applied to that order. No customer asks for it. We just hand it over.

Why? To keep manufacturing on their toes. If the jig squeaks, the builder buys you lunch. Or a mat. Or a discount for next time. Either way, if the fit slips, you win. And honestly? That keeps our floor managers sweating the details they'd otherwise ignore.

This policy ensures that any hiccup costs us money, so nobody gets lazy checking tolerances before your gear ships. You pay once; we pay if we mess up. Fair trade.

V2 Specifications — What's Different

Component Previous Design Current Build (Building Now) Why It Changed
Arm Support Flat grip surface Grooved plier-like ridges locking w/ weight & gravity Reduced hand strain during long runs
Deck Angling Standard slant Higher slant optimized for water-flow speed Faster material throughput
Leg System Straight-leg configuration Arch-support design with wider footprint Better stability on rocky/uneven ground
Material Pre-PETG composite Full PETG construction Storewide upgrade completed

Every improvement traces back to direct user experience — not committee speculation. When gear fails in the field, those failures feed into the next version. You're not buying static inventory — you're receiving the iteration that survived actual creek conditions.

Current Stock Situation

That original shelf unit got pulled mid-process. No other pre-PETG exists anymore. We're building V2 units right now — running as hard as we can — but we don't have them sitting on shelves yet. Your order goes into the queue immediately. Once production finishes, your unit undergoes inspection, then ships within 3–5 business days after that clears.

Please be patient while we catch up. One person's order upgraded everyone's gear. Yours will too. Thank you for holding off rather than settling for outdated specs elsewhere.

Purchase Protection & Clarity

  • Cancel before shipment = instant full refund.
  • Warranty identical across all batches — built today or three weeks from now.
  • Progress emails at each stage: Order confirmed → Build started → Inspection cleared → Tracking delivered.
  • Direct feedback route active: Spotted something wearing, jamming, or improvable? Reply to any support email. Notes feed directly into revision cycles — and we'll ship you the revised parts when available, free of charge.

FAQ

Q: Why does my order seem delayed?
A: Our last shelf unit was pulled during prep when tolerance gaps showed up during test-fit. Instead of shipping anyway, we switched entirely to V2 specs. Building now as fast as possible.

Q: Will I get older-spec inventory since stock shows unavailable?
A: No. There is none left. Every customer receives the latest revision at time of build completion.

Q: What happens if you catch a mistake on mine?
A: If fitting deviates during final QC, you automatically receive a complimentary upgrade or perk — "The System Gift" — to compensate. We punish our own errors financially so you benefit from perfection.

Q: Can I cancel if plans change?
A: Yes — a full refund processes instantly anytime before shipment.

Q: How do I send field feedback for future iterations?
A: Reply directly to any support email or DM through social channels. All inputs route to the production review team. If something needs revising, we'll mail you the updated parts free of charge when ready.

Q: What makes PETG better than previous materials?
A: Greater durability in temperature extremes, improved chemical resistance, and longer structural lifespan under UV exposure. The entire store migrated for consistent quality. (Colors may vary slightly due to compound differences.)

Built Different. By Design.

Most gear in this industry is sourced from a catalog, rebranded, and shipped. Not ours. We design it, manufacture it, inspect it, and ship it directly to you — no middlemen, no third-party parts, no compromises. When you find something in the field that needs fixing, it feeds straight back into the next build. That’s why we ask for your feedback — you’re not just a customer, you’re part of our design team. That’s what maker-direct means. That’s what you’re buying.
